Mr. Taucher has over thirty years experience in the automotive field. He graduated from Nashville Auto Diesel College in 1985 and later became Automotive Service of Excellency (ASE) Certified and LI Certified. His ASE test score was in the top 5 percent of all mechanics in the country.

In 1999 Scott entered the AC Delco Technician of the Millennium contest and finished 1st Place for the Midwest -region and 2nd runner-up nationally.  In 2010, he started the designing of the first fuel converter to reduce emissions and increase power while working to disprove other fuel theories for an automotive class he was instructing.

For the past two years he has been continuously researching ways to improve the efficiency of the Phoenix Fuel Converter and at the same time determine all the markets that can benefit from its use.

Mr. Taucher started as an auto mechanic at the age of seventeen.  By the age of nineteen, he was managing the auto repair shop  and serving as head mechanic. By the age of twenty one, Mr. Taucher was managing three repair shops along with fixing problem cars for all ten shops in the company. Throughout the years Mr. Taucher worked as manager, head mechanic and problem-solver while also teaching auto repair and automotive business classes.

Mr. Urbancic has over twenty years of experience as a sales and marketing professional in the heavy construction equipment industry, including eighteen years with one of the elite Caterpillar Dealers in North America, Peterson Tractor Co.  His duties included management of the business between Peterson Tractor and the major National and Corporate Accounts that resided in that specific territory.  He sat on the Caterpillar Dealer Advisory Board for National and Corporate Accounts. During his tenure he was able to add additional customers to Caterpillar’s National Account program, opening up new business opportunities for both Peterson Tractor and other Caterpillar dealers.  He received numerous sales recognition awards throughout his successful eighteen year tenure at Peterson Tractor Co.

Bill’s excellent track record of developing strong relationships and delivering results is a tremendous asset to our company. His knowledge and understanding of organizations that can benefit from the use of our product will be very valuable as we work to aggressively grow our business.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, 1988.

As the Managing Director of Hall & Company, one of the largest public accounting firms in Southern California, Mr. Hall is actively involved in all aspects of taxation, auditing and business planning. He has over thirty years of experience in public accounting. His core strengths as a CPA are in the areas of strategic tax planning for high net worth individuals including corporate owners and executives, closely held corporations, partnerships, LLCs and trusts.

Mr. Hall spends a great deal of time consulting in the area of business management, business succession planning, estate planning and preparation of comprehensive personal financial plans. He represents clients before the IRS, FTB and other taxing authorities. Brad started his career in 1977 with Mckeehan Hallstein & Co. in Los Angeles and later became Tax Manager of Haskell & White (formerly known as Swenson & Clark CPAs) upon moving to Orange County. He subsequently took a position as Tax Partner at Wright Ford Young & Hall where he oversaw an extensive tax and accounting practice. He left to form Hall & Company with a vision – to significantly build business value for owners and executives of companies in various industries through the use of sophisticated financial analysis.

Mr. Hall brings an extensive portfolio of professional business and financial experience to Catalyzed Fuel Technologies, LLC. As a well-respected Irvine CPA, Brad is continually contacted by local and national newspapers and magazines for interviews on various tax matters (Orange County Business Journal, Medical Office Today, Construction Today, BusinessWeek, Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Consumer Reports, Orange County Register, L.A. Times, CNN, Journal of Accountancy, & California Real Estate Journal).
